CareMate Business Privacy Notice
This notice explains the personal and operational data used to establish and secure the invited CareMate Business owner.
Identity and membership
CareMate processes your verified email, authentication security data, invitation state, business membership, locale, and exact consent versions.
Business setup
Draft business, service, schedule, policy, and media data remains private and unpublished until the activation rules are satisfied.
Security and delivery
CareMate records privacy-safe audit events and transactional delivery status. Invitation secrets are hashed for lookup and encrypted only when queued for delivery.
Retention and rights
Required security, consent, and business records are retained under the applicable CareMate retention policy. Contact privacy@petcaremate.com for privacy requests.
